Proactive Relationship-Building

Each student’s family receives at least one home visit or equivalent initial relationship-building opportunity, with our highest need students prioritized for early and potentially multiple opportunities during summer months. Additional innovative structures may be used to achieve the goal of building authentic relationships outside of school.
